ethics n code of behaviour, study or morals
You’ve always had great ethics Jade. Your morals are so strong whether it is towards people, animals or ideas. When you believe in something nothing or no one can change your mind. You’re very much like me in that way. When you were very young certain things that other children would probably not notice, made you sad. Your heart would go out to very old people and you worried about them.
You cannot abide cruelty of any sort and you have very strong feelings towards animals. That’s why you want to be a veterinary nurse. You saw a lot of cruelty when you volunteered with the RSPCA.
Your work ethics have amazed your dad and me so much. The only time you’ve taken a day off work is when you had a terrible migraine and you still went to work. Your boss had to make you go home. You make sure you are there before the pet store opens and are there to lock up. When someone is needed to work extra hours or stand in for someone you will always help out. While you were at school we worried so much. You really didn’t like school at all and had a lot of stress and days off. We thought the same thing might happen when you started working part time however you assured us it wouldn’t and you were so true to your word.
We can actually see the way your personal code of ethics translates into every part of your life and it makes us so very proud. You treat people in the same way you want to be treated, you go out of your way to be generous with your time, you respect all life and most importantly, you respect yourself. We know that your wonderful morals will stay with you throughout your life and those around you will be better off from knowing you.
