Deon and I went to Apostle Tattooing to get matching tattoos. The owner Rob (whom I know well) said, “So Angie how much should I charge you?” Little did he know, I said to Deon earlier that if he charges us a good price we are going to dinner with the left over money! Rob agreed to the price I said; the artist Angel began the outline and free styled the lettering and did a good job at tattooing. My tattoo did not hurt me one bit… I was expecting it to be very painful. Deon said, “His tattoo ached a little bit but, not much”.
We ended the day at Irene’s Soul Food in Southfield, MI. It was very nice to have a good meal and spend some quality time with “My Man” before he went back to Inglewood, CA on March 7, 2006
