Description: My younger son spent a weekend at his grandparents house by himself. It was first time away by himself and he had a great time!
My parents took all the photos and did the journaling. My Dad has always had a big camera that he carried everywhere and took all the photos. As a result, he is not in many pictures. After close to 50 years of marriage, he decided to buy my Mom her own camera. (It may have been his justification to get another camera). She had just gotten it and was learning how to use it. So, for the first time ever, my Dad is in more photos than my Mom. It took a long time to get my parents to do the journaling, they were very excited at the idea, but were afraid it wouldn't be just write. Finally, I brought the squares and the pen to their house and gave them a deadline.
