Description: This layout covers preschool since the beginning of the year. I forgot my camera at the Halloween party and it was broken at the Dec holiday party, so I finally got a photo at the Valentine's party. The thing that looks like a scrapbook layout was his first homework assignment - each kid had to create a poster about themselves, what they like to do, their family, and present it to the class. We had fun making it together with stamps, stickers, and photos. They hung them in the classroom for several months - they were all great - it was interesting to see which Mom's are truly creative. It was a surprise to us this January when we were making a greeting card and he said he could sign his own name and he did (he always refused to practice letters with us). I assume he learned this at school and wanted to preserve this first writing of his own name. (it's a photo, not the actual card, it's hard to see here but it looks good IRL).
It was fun for me to use these colors on the layout because I almost always use "boy colors".
