Description:I decided to start documenting some of the hundreds of questions that Collin asks me. I created the frame around the date with a Krystal Kraft piece by Sunday International. I cleaned the frosted side of the piece with their special cleaner and then applied a random design with their markers. After spraying it with some deco spray you heat set it and it creates kind of a marble looking design. I peeled the paper off of the front of the piece and the design shows clearly through the top of the frame. I thought it ended up looking like Collin's watercolor painting in the photo.
Supplies:
Krystal Kraft frame embellishment, Sunday International
Twistel and eyelets, Making Memories
Cardstock, Bazzill
Magic Mesh, Avant' CARD
CK Newsprint and CK Stenography fonts (journaling)
CK Inky (title)
Alphabet Stamps, PSX Design (for the date)
Number Stamps, Hero Arts (for the date)
I love this idea for a subject. Collin is going to have such COOL books to look back on. Perfect photo to go with this lo...he looks like he's saying "Well?"
This is wonderful! Timmy is also four and I get questions like, "why do we need air?". "Why do we have to have water?" I've got to start writing them down. I like how you did the journaling on the different colors. The way you made the frame for May is gorgeous. Nice work.
take care,
Dawn
You always find such good uses for those little frames, Amber. I really like all of the colors on this and great idea writing down all of those questions. A few of them sound familiar to me, too. :)

Great job using that Krystal Kraft piece!! I love the result! What a fun thing to document. Kendra asks a lot of questions, too. Maybe I should start jotting them down!
