Dear Sharon:
From the moment I met you, I knew that you would be special to me. You were energetic, humorous and perspiring so much in that big green sweater! Remember hanging out by the window in that rush room, trying to get air and laughing at ourselves? I knew in that moment that we would be friends forever. You cheered me on through sorority elections, kept me from missing Dave, and entertained me with your hilarious antics. You cried a tear at my wedding, got burnt with me at the Collin Raye concert, and quietly listened to me in troubled times. You were the first one I called when Jacob was born (and because I knew you would never find my phone number) and the one I still talk to at night. I wish I had told you how much I love you. You will always be my best friend and the wind beneath my wings. I miss you with all my heart.
