Description:This was an email sent to me from my MIL. When I read it,I knew I HAD to do a LO of it.I wish I knew who wrote it,because they definitely know how to touch the hearts of all mothers.I would love to give them the credit they so deserve. How I wish I could take my own children through life, shielding them from the many hurts and disappointments that are sure to come, and I would...if I could.
The 2 game shots are of Sara playing with her club team, the Memphis Juniors.Somehow she always manages to be the only one not afraid to go for a "dig",thus putting her on the floor! The one where she is wandering in the woods,is when we were on a Girl Scout hike. She was 9 at the time. The profile shot was taken 2 yrs ago, and as I look at her today, I still can't believe she's MINE. I am SO blessed.
Sara,I looked at you today and never felt so proud before. I listened to you dream out loud and wanted to make your dreams come true so you didn't have to wait. For there is nothing I wouldn't do for you...if I could.
If I could,I'd make sure you never lost at anything...but what would you learn from winning all the time? Losing keeps you humble.
If I could,I'd take you directly to your life's destination...but then you'd never know the thrill of getting lost along the way.
If I could,I'd catch you when you fell...but then you'd never know the power of rising up again.

WOW! This is so beautiful! Great idea to use pics from different ages! The two-toned brackets around the poetry sections are so unique! Your DD is gorgeous! Love that profile shot!
Such touching journaling, She will look back on this Lo when she has children of her own and think "this is why I love my Mom so much" Great work, TFS!
