Scooter is so spoiled and he suffers from seperation anxiety that he won't stay outside for more than 10-15 minutes at a time; unless we are out there with him.
So, in order for him to be "at ease" and for him to get the best of both worlds - we just raise the curtians and he sits there for hours on end!!!
As long as if he knows that he can see and/or touch us; he's fine with just looking instead of being out there.
