Description:I love this picture of Maggie and I on my wedding day (she was my bridesmaid).
The little book in the corner is a folding booklet I made that has about 4 pages inside of it. The journalling inside says:
The words “best friend” doesn’t really encompass what Maggie is to me – she is that, yet so much more. She is my confidant, my cheerleader, my support system, my sounding board.
She is the mother to a child I adore and witnessed being born, the one responsible for my husband and I getting together, my partner in crime.
Together we share an ability to justify anything, an addiction to reality TV and a love for shopping and Starbucks.
We are overly emotional and slightly neurotic but being two of a kind, it all seems perfectly normal to us. (Slightly less to our husbands…)
Maggie – you are the most incredible person and my dearest friend – I can’t imagine my life without you in it.
You’ve had a huge impact on my life and I cherish the last 10 years of friendship – I can’t wait to see what life has to offer us in the next 10. Whatever it is, I know we will share it together.
P.S. And because you are overly emotional and slightly neurotic, well, I just love you that much more!
