Description: I took this picture of my cousin and her dad (Trina's first Cousin) on the front porch of my grandmother's house on September 3, 2005. It was the first time they had seen each other in a long time. They were so happy to see each other it was so sweet. He lives in Virginia and she was living in Texas. She and her boyfriend drove all the way from Texas to see him and to be there for Eshe's wedding. And Jerry had driven all the way from Virginia to see her. Her dad was so sweet; he videotaped everything that weekend. That weekend was so nice because we got to celebrate the wedding and also her dads birthday, while everyone was in town. We had cake for him at Grandma's house and a little dinner afterwards. Things like this are meant to be, I think… the two of them deciding to see each other this weekend. His daughter sadly passed over a few weeks after this happy reunion. She was injured in a car accident and passed away on September 22 nd. I am so glad they decided to meet up in Memphis this weekend. Because it was probably the last time he saw her. The best thing is that everyone was happy and together and his memories of this time were good.
