Description: I did this layout as a part of a red white and blue challenge last month..so I had to add a touch of red to make it work LOL!
You and dad like to take walks in the woods behind our house. You like to call it the forest. There are a few paths out there and sometimes you think you are looking for bears. Sometimes you come back with rocks that you have found. Sometimes you come back with stories of animal tracks. I think mostly you come back feeling happy to have spent that time with dad.
The poem says:
Walk along beside me Daddy-
Hold my little hand
There are so many things to learn
That I don't understand
Every child needs a gentle hand
to guide them as they grow
So walk along beside me Daddy-
We have a long, long way to go.
