This is not crooked in real life :) The picture of me was taken 9 years (and 60 pounds) ago. I have had all of these copies for years and just happened to accidentally lay the strip down along the bottom when all the ideas for the page came to me. I actually liked this piece that Sherrill sent and I've got to say how inspiring doing these pages are! I tried to stick to the general out line of the piece. All the lettering is quickutz Marissa and hero arts stamps. The journaling just tells of the different roles in my life (my faces)...mother, wife, daughter (no particular order there...the lettering/spacing just looked right LOL!) and in the stamping I have written friend, auntie, teacher, child at heart, optimist, crafter. This is the first page I have done of myself. I can't thank you enough Sherrill, you really got me scrapping out of the box!!!
Dawn what a fun page and you look so good in the those photos...I always hate photos of myself! I like what you have done here. It gives me an idea for using all those little pictures I get with the packages I buy for the boys each year.

Your layouts are just amazing, this one included. We often times forget to scrap ourselves, so it's nice to see a "me" [or you] layout. You did an awesome job --- love all those little photos at the bottom.
Thanks also for the inspiration to dig out my hubby's school photos and use them as borders. :)
Wonderful page Dawn. Love the bottom strip of pictures. I really like the ribbon and tags. The job you did on the words is really outstanding. *tfs

Great job Dawn!!! I haven't done as well on mine...I did one layout that was somewhat inspired by my ad but I really wanted to do one more closely inspired...hmmm..running out of time..lol. Great job on yours!
