Journaling:
I got this guitar when I was 12 years old. Gia bought it for me in 1973. I remember sitting on the porch of my great grandmother’s house watching
all the cars driving down to the beach. I sat there for hours plucking (well more like thumping) the chords to “Take Me Home Country Roads” by John Denver. This guitar has been a part of my life for almost thirty years.
Even when I was pregnant with you I spent many hours strumming those strings singing to you. I love music and hope you have inherited that same love. As I write this two years later I have a smile in my heart because
just last night as you were going to bed you asked me to sing the beautiful song (Brahms Lullaby) to you! May you always have music in your heart!!
