I know, I'm posting this in the lounge; but I figure that's where most of us visit.

So I have been looking for DIY type of storage for my scrapbooking items. I'm thinking of moving my scrapbooking to another room. I share the dining room with the boys and let's just say it's not working out.

So I was you tubing various ideas and ran across a lady who uses Graphic 45 paper.

It's gorgeous, and I am running low on patterned paper. I was wondering if you ladies have your favorite patterned paper and why you love it?

I don't think I could choose a favorite brand, but I tend to buy mostly Fancy Pants, Heidi Swapp, My Mind's Eye, Crate Paper, and Basic Grey.

I have a lot of Basic Grey, and I love the few Bo Bunny and Echo Park sets that I have. I don't tend to buy by brand though, more by colour combination.

I have one G45 pad that my brother bought me. I don't love it, but it's been useful for male projects. All their papers seem very dark to me.

I have favorite papers, but it varies depending on the paper. lol

Mine is more based on the design versus the paper brand.

I'm more of a color and design person rather than brand. Sometimes a brand has stuff that floats my boat and other times not so much.

G45 tends to be about vintage. Some are dark and some are softer, depending on the line. They can be hard to work with. Usually they have a B side though that's more workable.

I like the looks of Graphic 45, but I have a hard time working with it. Seems way too busy!

My favorites right now vary, but I really like Echo Park, Crate Paper, some BG. I tend to go towards the distressed type of papers, more old fashioned or vintage. Every now and then, something brighter colored will catch my attention.

Thanks Ladies,

I bought some patterned paper at the Expo, because I needed it. But before that, I hadn't bought patterned paper in about 2 1/2 years; so I don't know what's really out there.

I'm going to look some of those up.

I really like the Echo Park papers and DCWV, but then I do tend to scrap a lot of kid pages these days.

I seem to be drawn to My Mind's Eye a lot.
