Has anyone tried it/heard of it/got friends who are doing it?
The idea is that you have 2 non-consecutive days each week consuming no more than around 500 calories, and in between you just eat normally. My BFF was telling me about it yesterday, and I must say she looks fantastic on it. I think I might be able to do that.
I do something like that all summer long and it always worked for me. It gives you a chance to metabolize calories and fat more effectively. I also am super active during the summer and so the body gets trimmer faster.
