Today we are heading into town to babysit Jax for a bit while his parents attend a function at church.

Then we will probably go out and look at printers. I just replaced the ink in the HP we have at home, so we have some time.

A quick stop at Costco to pick up a couple of things they have on sale and then home.

Waiting for baby J to come downstairs so I can love on him some more before they head home....

I'll do some laundry and probably scrap.

PMS + convalescent = not a good combination. I don't know whether DH is being deliberately antagonistic or whether I'm just taking things too personally today, but either way the atmosphere is in direct contrast with the beautiful spring weather outside.

DH is resentfully taking out a lavender that has grown enormous (steadily over the last 14 years but for some reason it is bugging him). "Resentfully" because he thinks I should have done it with all the spare time I've had sitting around at home. Even though it's been like a swamp outside, and actually I'm quite happy with it as it is.

I'm inside making bread and having a quick whine on here.

I am HOME ALONE!! Yeah!! I have needed a day like this for ages.

I woke up late, am baking my spaghetti squash, doing wash and plan to spend as much time in my craft room as I can. I did all of my "chores" yesterday and Friday so I could spend the day here.

Tons more cleaning to do plus 10+ loads of laundry. I also need to get groceries and squeeze in a 6 mile run.

Love my sister - she planned to hit the road at 5am but texted me to say they didn't get started until 8, lol. It is going to be a loooooong drive for them, at least 15 hours! A packed van of kiddos - 2 13 yr olds, 2 5 yr olds and a 3 yr old

I am trying to be as quiet as possible as I am organizing my scrap closet. It's almost noon and dh and dd's are still sleeping. Enjoying my quiet time! At 3 we are dropping Meeko off at the groomers and off to get something to eat. And hopefully I'll finally get to hook up the Cricut I got for Christmas!

My goal for today is to not spend the whole day in bed with a fever like I did yesterday.

Ditto Jen.

I made the bread and then went outside to help DH clear 11 years of crud out of a flower border. DH was happier once I went outside to. I don't know why he can't do stuff by himself. He doesn't need help, just company.

we sprung forward... *yawn* so tired after losing an hour sleep.

We had church this morning and went early because dh was on sound.

Home and dh left for some hockey meeting and then he's off to ref/line some games. I'll see him around 9 ish tonight if all goes well.

We are having a lazy afternoon with tv, checking in here and games. I think ds and I might go for a walk soon.
I need to do a quick tidy up of the livingroom and kitchen as it is back to the grind tomorrow.

Reagan wanted a girls day, so we took off and had some quality time. Home for a movie and a nap. Thinking about doing some cleaning before going to get the boy.

Cleaned up a bit, tried to find my checkbook, no luck!

Went to breakfast with my roommate, went to Target & Sally's Beauty.

Came home, put dinner in the crock pot. Talked to my sister for an hour, she's having a boy!!! Talked baby names, I think it's going to be a LONG process! They haven't agreed on one yet!

Went to my grandma's, met up with my cousin and his fiance, went to visit a wedding venue, which they booked and set a date. I'm so glad, he's my favorite cousin and I LOVE her!

Back to my grandma's and we cleaned out my new (hopefully) inherited car. If we can get the paperwork sorted out.

Came home, finished up dinner, eating now with a glass of wine, watching In Time. I love Rachel McAdams!!
