Updated and I've added a couple more COWs, so we're covered for the next couple of weeks.

You want to know how I do it?

Just open each COW post in a new tab and copy the URL.

Then open the master-list post and click on the URL link icon that looks like a little world. (You don't see this if you're typing in the Quick Reply box - you have to click Edit or Preview or Reply to see it.) Paste the URL into the first window, click OK. Then you type the words you want the link to show, so that would be SOW#1 and click OK.

That puts the code into the post. For the COWs I then type a summary of the challenge, but you wouldn't have to do that for the SOWs.

I'm not doing the sketches this year - I really struggled with them last year because I have so many other sketch challenges. So someone who is actually following the SOWs ought to keep the master list, right?

Thanks for tell us how to do the list. I just made up the SOW list pretty easy once you do the first couple.

For some reason, the last few challenges haven't really inspired me. No idea why!

And I had been able to combine the COWs with the SOWs, but that isn't working for me either this time.

I have gotten some SOWs done, but the COWs just aren't working for me...

Same here Virginia, I keep looking for ways to make the challenges work, and nothing seems to inspire me. I just figured it was because I had been so busy working & planning my niece's b-day party.

Maybe it's the time of the year? Since we all have problems to catch up it might be. We usually are so inspired I have more problems to do the cows too, but that's always the same for me. Hope my mojo comes back soon, it's missing for too long now.

I think it is this time of year! It warms up, and we spend more time outside. Sometimes I think the warm temps makes us less motivated to scrap. Seems the warm season is too short to spend our days inside scrapping!

Oh no. The last couple (on here) were mine, weren't they? Not the kind of thing you want? Is it better to have less specific things, like themes rather than tools or techniques?

Let me update this with the latest...

Rosey, it's not necessarily the challenges I don't like. I think mostly, it's trying to find photos I can use for those challenges.

Usually, I have better luck with the COWs than the SOWs, but lately, I'm really liking the SOWs! And the COWs aren't really working for me to combine the 2 like I usually do.

It could be that I'm just in a slump, and nothing is inspiring me...

I agree Summer time makes every ones mojo go on a vacation so some Beach and having drinks without us. And they didn't ask us to come along

I wish it wouldn't take me forever to bring everything OUTSIDE and scrap under the sun. I think that would be so much fun. But then you have to pick a day and hope it is nice and warm and not windy outside. Its been so gloomy this past week and I have been working so much that my mojo kind of came back. LOL I am sure once the inn will be done on July 1st and after my vacation. I will be getting off earlier at Afton and more time to sit outside and scrapbook That is my goal to do this summer. Enjoy it!

I would never attempt to scrap outside. I live in Kansas, and it's ALWAYS windy! Plus, I live in the country, so yea, twice as windy out here!

I tried it once to scrap outsice on our balcony some years ago. And it was not fun, I was busy getting everything back that the wind blew away - it is very windy here too most of the time. And when the sun is shining it is just too hot. We have a south sided balcony with sun from morning to evening.

It's too windy to scrap outside here too, plus if the sun was out, the glare would be horrible. I've tried scrapping in sunglasses before and I lasted about 2 minutes.

Updated, and I think we're up to date as at now.

Folks, I just remembered that we can add this thread and the SOW summary thread to our Favourite Topics, and/or subscribe to it by clicking on the Topic Options below right. That might help us find it if it drifts onto the next page. I will try to keep it up to date though.
