Running up and down the stairs is great exercise, but tough when your feet and joints hurt. I'm dizzy again too. All symptoms of hypothyroidism. That is one of my calls for today. I suspect my thyroid medication is off. I need to get a blood test with my GP, and hopefully a referral to an endo.

I was due for labs before Phil was diagnosed. My GP gave me an additional 3 months supply so I wouldn't have to deal with it right away.

I made my lab appointment (7th), and my appointment with the GP (10th).

Good luck Jen - I just had my labs done earlier this week and my levels were too low again. I had a feeling they might be because my hair has started falling out like crazy again and I have been super tired. So my dosage will be upped again.

Today I ran 6 miles non stop! Training has been spotty at best because my knees really don't like the pounding, but I am determined to reach my goals!

Do you see an Endo Marta? I was diagnosed when I was 19 and have always seen a GP. I think I'm way overdue for an appointment with an Endo.

1/3- no workout, moody/ache/tired mess today. I officially have two daughters on my cycle. Why do females sync up? It's so weird!

Jen, I don't see an Endo. I was just diagnosed this fall by my ob/gyn, lol. My GP has taken over. I could kick myself - I didn't think to ask what the new dosage will be or how off my levels were. Gah, I haaaate making phone calls, but I really should know the details, lol.

We're debating about going to the gym. The roads are probably terrible. The county hasn't been plowing like they have in years past. We've only seen them come through our neighborhood once this winter.

Lost my groove a bit being snowed in. I miss lifting!!

I had to reschedule my labs twice already because of the snow. Now it looks like it will have to wait until after the 18th. We're going back to Indy the 15th for Phil's next treatment.

The holidays wee tough on my work out but I've been getting the running bug again and will be adding I t to my regular workouts. I have to train for the races we hope to run this summer!

I really want to be able to wear a bikini again this summer so I better get my butt in gear LOL

I haven't updated in a bit, but I feel like I am finally getting into a groove!!

1/7 Zumba
1/8 6 miles
1/9 4 miles at a fast pace
1/12 9 miles - super tough as the wind was just howling! but I got it done and had to walk an extra 1 1/2 miles home because my math is terrible, lol
