What are you and yours doing today?

I'm trying to decide whether or not to take Zoey to be boarded... she has reservations there but Jeremiah said he'd like to keep her. Just not sure his schedule will permit that, although now I am leaning towards letting him. Hmm....

I slept til after 9, so just now having coffee and need to find my motivation! A bit of laundry to finish up. Some wrapping to do. Change guest room bed sheets. Let Mark vacuum upstairs and sweep the staircase

Pack some things for a trip to my mama's. Go to Mark's moms this evening. Should be fun {insert eye roll and sarcasm}

Hope you have a very merry eve!

Merry Christmas, Steph and all to follow.

We need to go to my IL's this afternoon. We've got the truck packed, the food prepped and I've packed yet another cookie package for there. Back home tonight for Christmas with my DH. Then we hit my side tomorrow.

Is it Thursday yet?!?

Merry Christmas to all.

I am having Christmas Eve dinner with my DS and DIL tonight. Then tomorrow to my DD and her family for Christmas Day.

Things get a little hectic this time of year.

Everyone have a safe holiday!

Merry Christmas everyone!

Christmas Eve at our house. My son & dil are here now, they are making cookies & amaretto balls. DH is golfing, DD & her family should be here by noon.

I have already made the veggie & fruit trays for snacking, next I have to make the Tex-Mex dip for the chips, and fill the cracker basket & put out the cream cheese spread & raspberry chipotle spread, and the appetizers are done.

Dinner is potluck. With all the special diets & food allergies it just made since to tell the kids to bring a main dish and a side dish.

So happy that my family can be here, plus we all get to have fun with this little guy.

Merry Christmas Everyone!!!

Well, today isn't going as planned - I am living Home Alone Hawaii Style!!!

Everything got messed up, hectic, etc. and long story short: Katherine and DH are home in Colorado and my 16 yr old is still in Hawaii, alone . To say I was a mess last night is an understatement. However, all will be okay, he can get on a flight this afternoon and will land here around 1am - he can meet Santa, lol. Luckily my boy is very responsible when he needs to be and he thinks this is the most awesome thing ever. So yeah, that's my story.

My kid has a temperature. It's been fluctuating for the past 2 days. It comes and then goes away with no meds needed. Well this afternoon it got up to 101F and so we popped in the tylenol. It brought it down quickly. All after hour clinics are closed. There's a few opened tomorrow so if he still has it we will be trying to get an appointment. He is complaining for a sore throat again but is drinking, just not eating much.

We tidied up, I did laundry, made pizza dough, made donair meat, quick trip to the grocery store. Had a rest. Hmmm, there must be more because I am wiped.

Merry Christmas to everyone! Siegy and I took a walk in the morning watching People running around like crazy then decorated our tree, made a visit at Mario's railway station like we do every year. He is working and we got the peace light there.
Afterwards we ate raclette with Natascha and Thomas and lighted the candles on our tree and opened our gifts! It was much fun!
Hope your Christmas is as nice too! I am jealous of all the grandmas here that have a chance to celebrate Christmas with there little ones. I am so happy for you tough! And I love to see your Pictures!

Put some pinto beans in the crockpot this morning, so that will be dinner with some rice, maybe some burritos! Baking some cookies right now, going to make some pretzel toffee. I haven't decided on what else. I need to make a run to Starbucks to pick up one more gift, only cause it's on sale. I need to wrap EVERYTHING. Lucky for me, that's not much. My roommate will be home from work about 8:30, we are going to watch a movie, pop some and have some sangria. GREAT day!

I'll be home celebrating with DH and our girls. Dinner is almost ready. We usually open our gifts on Christmas morning but this year it might be at midnight since dd works at 7 am tomorrow. Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas!

Tylenol brought his fever down, so far today he's good but he did NOT sleep last night, which means mommy didn't get any sleep. Feeling extra tired. I need to make up a pan of squares and then I have a feeling I'll be napping. Hubby even told me to nap. Ds coughed all night, we even did medicated ointment on his feet, chest and back, cough meds and lots of water. Tonight we'll be trying the humidifier.
Otherwise he's in good spirits and besides wanting to open his gifts at 3:30 he's done quite well.

I hope he feels better soon Sarah. It's no fun to be sick over holidays.

We had my dad, brother, and his family over last night. I think everyone had a good time. I could tell it was hard for my dad, but being around everyone helped.

After they left some friends of ours came over. They brought the hat that was signed by Willie Roberston (Duck Dynasty) so I could get some pictures of the girls wearing it. They also brought over a Christmas gift from the police department, so nice.
