What pen do you recommend for writing directly on pictures?

I just ordered a photo book & I'd like to add personal bits to it.

I've had Signo pens before, and another Japanese kind (I forget what the make was) and both get clogged really easily. The Signo one wrote really nicely until then though. Both turned pink when I wrote on red card.

Another option is a white pen from Sharpie. It is water proof. I can't remember the name of it though....

I use the white Souffle pen by Sakura. It's the best one I've ever used, and it keeps writing to the very last drop of ink. You can usually find them for sale individually with other gel pens in the big craft stores, and they sell them in packs of 2 also. Or you can buy the whole set.

Oh that's the Japanese one I was thinking of! The one I have writes invisibly and then the white gradually fades in as it dries. It's a freaky experience not being able to see what you're writing!

Love the souffle pens. I use them to sign the backs of my LO's that I've used dark cardstock for.

Thanks, y'all!

I'll be hitting the store today, I think. Maybe look for a coupon first...
