How is everyone?

I'm feeling better today than I have for more than a week (being a woman can be a proper pain in the proverbials, isn't it?) so I'm going to do something with my energy. I've got laundry in the machine, the charity clothes collection by the gate, I'll be ironing and putting away the last wash, and I plan to get some scrapping in. I did hardly anything of note last week except make a couple of cards on Saturday.

Anything fun going on with you?

I'm happy you feel better! I'm starting to PMS and so is Greg apparently. Boy, he was in a foul mood yesterday! It isn't with a lot of guilt that I say "thank goodness he's going to work this morning!".

Anyway, today I would like to tackle the laundry from the weekend, get a meal in the crock pot and do a great workout. I ate like the last day all weekend and now I feel gross and fat.

When Bianca and Mia get home from school I want them to get a good hour to do homework and another hour to read. They also need to put away a pile of stray toys left over from our organizing frenzy yesterday.

By the way, the definition of PMS is as follows

PMS, the one week a month a woman acts like a man.

I think I may just work mainly on scrapping and whatnot this week.
A general staying on top of keeping things picked up and cleaned should keep it pretty good.
I will be throwing a load or two in today. Definitely whites, just don't know if there's enough of something else for another load yet.

I have French onion soup in the slow cooker. Hubby is working at a job site in the rain today so after his 2 plus hour drive home he'll need a nice warm meal. I just need to make the croutons for the soup and grate the cheese.

I plan to make banana bread and muffins at some point today.

Babysitting and will need to find stuff for them to do afterschool because it is raining.

Dishes are almost done, just a few left to wash up. I ended up pulling a muscle in my left leg yesterday and I could hardly stand. Lesson learned, walk for a while and do stretches before you hop on a bike and bike 15 minutes up hill to get to church. ouch! my legs and knees were so sore. it's feeling a bit better today.

LOL Beth!

Rosey, Lucy decided to abandon all efforts of potty training. I'm not sure what is going on but she is very reluctant. She also refuses to sleep in her big girl bed... I think she wants to stay a baby LOL

She's going to be three in November. I thought potty training was going to be a breeze just like it was for Mia and Bianca at the age of one and a half. Not so much... Lucia has a mind of her own and is not afraid to assert her individuality LOL

I've been giving her Myralax for a few weeks now and she's at least going. Whereas before she refused to go at all until I had to take action and the it was a painful process. Now she goes pretty much everyday and is ok with it.

I will try and get her to sleep in her bed in a couple of weeks and tackle the potty thing after she's aclamated to it.

My hormones have been a little off since my hysterectomy, but I can't complain. It's so much better then what I was dealing with before.

I slept in this morning, sort of. I went to bed after 3am, got up with Abby at 6:30am, then went back to bed around 7am until 11am. My dh made sure Lilly and Camy got on the bus.

Then we went to the gym. Chest/triceps/abs today. My legs are STILL sore from my Friday leg workout.

Now I'm working on laundry. Exciting.

Had to take Cassidy to the doctor, she's been coughing and having a runny nose since Friday. She had a low grade fever this morning. They think sinus infection but did a chest x-ray as a precaution. Will hear results this evening or tomorrow.

Was babysitting today and Alexandria kept them while we were at the doctor.

Had a whole list of things to do today which did not get done so will have to try and get things done tomorrow.

Emma has soccer this evening and it's chilly so I will either freeze or sit in the car.

Dealing with my crazy mom trying to make me feel bad because she needs help with her business and wants me to drop my stuff and help her. She thinks because I babysit I don't have a "real" job and can do stuff for her and I just don't want to.

This has been a loooooong day. Trying to get ready for the big cross country team dinner, but hubby kept needing me for other things. Went to David's away game and had to bring Maryann. She threw a huge tantrum because her folding chair is the wrong color. Toward the end of the game, one of D's teammates took a hard fall and broke is arm badly. We spent some time in the ER with him and his mom. Went to McD's for a late dinner and M threw another wicked tantrum because the toy wasn't right. Still have tons to do tonight but no energy. Mother in law's flight is hugely delayed so I have time, lol.
