Do any of you remember when Georgina posted challenges for this??

I'd like to get back to that and finish the book I started. In fact, I have 2 that I've started. One on my own, and the one I was doing with Georgina's challenges.

Anyone game??

If I can get a few people involved in this, I can try to come up with a few ideas/challenges for it...

Both of my BOMs are 6 x 6, but you can do one in any size that you are comfortable working with.

The one I started on my own is about me from birth til now, but I stopped somewhere in between! The one Georgina had challenged us with was completely different. It's more about who we really are. Some of the challenges were: "my inner child", "my time", "what's in my purse", "what made me smile today", "childhood fear", and a couple I never completed are "my obsession" and "my garden".

I found a printout that I've held onto for a few years with ideas.

What would you like future generations to know about you?? If you have any ideas, let me know.

I was thinking about posting a challenge every couple of weeks. What do you think??

Suggestions!!

I ran across this site several years ago. I keep thinking that I will use this as a sort of guide to a BOM. I'm more of a "the facts mam, just the facts" sort of person so this sort of prompting is a good thing for me. I just never have gotten to it on my own. A buddy to share with would be a good thing.

What do you think?

Those are cool! I do like the idea of a journaling jar, but I'm just as good having it printed out and choosing something that motivates me.

I bookmarked it for now...

I have been working on a digital Book of Me (I only have a few pages so far). Can I play along in digital?

Virginia - I would not put the tags in a jar either. I thought I'd just print out the pages and choose whatever I liked. Some of the tags make me want to dig out old pics to go with a small amount of journaling.

I mostly need someone to prompt, encourage, challenge, dare me to MOVE!!

I would be interested too if only it doesn't involved a lot of journaling. I am not very good at that!! Maybe I could do a 6x6, I have done lots of layouts of me but they are not together in an album.

We could do something like the COWs, where anyone of us can post a challenge. Doesn't have to be every week, just whenever.

I'm sure we can each come up with a BOM challenge that will inspire all of us!

Just need to come up with a time to start. Maybe Sept??

Jael, as far as journaling, I think we can do as much or as little as we want.

I love the idea of it, but I have too many projects on the go at the moment. I'm painting furniture in September as well. I'll watch and cheer you on from the side-lines.

I would be interested too! I have started one some years ago, but did not come very far. I would like to do more pages about me, tough.
When it is like the Cows, I could make them whenever I have time, right? Falling back and catching up, falling back and hopefully catching up again

Yes Susi!! I would do it just like the COWs. Just post a challenge, then whoever wants to do them can do them anytime, on their schedule!

And it's Sept. already! Wow, I need to get to work on this!

Stay tuned! I have other projects I need to be working on right now. I'll add this one to my list!

I didn't forget about this. I've been busy (and stressed) with other projects that need to get done and I'm not moving along fast enough!

Will post a challenge or two in the challenge section soon...

Even I noticed you haven't been around much , and I am not much here lately either.
I'm looking forward to October when Siegy is away for rehabilitation and I plan to scrap a lot. Hopefully my mojo is back until then
