My photos on my new phone are to large to share here. When I go into paint to change the size it doesn't save my changes. Can I change the size of my photos on my phone? Suggestions?

I always email them to myself in a smaller format and then post them on here. Haha. There's probably an easier way to do it but that works for me.

I sent it to my email too, but it was over the maximum size.

I figured it out, but there still has to be an easier way then resizing it every time.

You didn't say what phone you have, but there is an app called Simple Resize for exactly that. It's compatible with iPhone and iPad.

With my iPhone,I would email it to myself and it gives me an opportunity to compress. Doesn't sound like you have an iPhone.
My suggestion is to send the photo by text messaging to your email adress. Most phones will do that, just click to send the photo by text or MMS, then put the email address in the to field. The phone will probably be forced to compress the photo.

I have a Galaxy S3. I did text the photo to my email and it was to large. Then I resized it in paint to share here. I did the same thing when I had my 'dumb' phone (text photo to email), but never had the size issue.

I'll search to see if there is an app for my phone though. Thanks!

your dumb phone probably had a lot less megapixels.
