put your veggies (ie potatoes, carrots, onions, peas) in the bottom, add your meat on top (ie chicken breasts), put in some water and set to cook on low (for all day) or high for 3-4 hours.

can add some salt and pepper to season if you want.

Hope you like chicken.

Place frozen chicken breasts on bottom of crock pot. Sprinkle with 1/2 pkg of taco seasoning. Pour a whole jar of salsa over the top. Cook on low for 6 hours. It will shred easily -- serve over rice.

Here is a delicious one for cube steaks....

Place 4-6 cube steaks (thawed) on bottom of crockpot. Combine 2 cans cream of mushroom soup and 1 pkg of onion soup mix together with 3/4 cup water. Pour over steaks and cook for 6-8 hours. The meat is sooooooo tender!! Use the sauce as gravy over mashed potatoes.

nope. You can put a dab of the mushroom soup under the chops - then most of it on top. But I've never had it be dry or stick. Pork chops always gave me trouble (and were dry) but this is easy & delicious!

Confession time: yup, I messed it up.

How? You might ask. How can you mess up two ingredients and a slow cooker?

How? Let ME do it!!

See, I figured great, I'll put it in in the morning, go to work, it will smell GREAT when my SO walks in the door from a business trip!

Well, plane delays + Horrible cook + Bad decisions = Dry as dust chicken.

I Really don't belong in a kitchen! I need a full time cook.

Yes.

Good thing, too, or we'd eat out all the time.
