I know we're almost half way through June, but how is everyone doing?

I'm still working out at least 3 times a week. My goal is always 5 or 6, but it's difficult during the summer since the girls are home.

Today was legs and shoulders, no time for cardio today. My dh and the trainer pushed me today to max out with deadlifts. My max was 155, 4 times.

Wow! Didn't realize we hadn't started a thread for June! We have been pretty good with going for at least a walk every evening. My mom was here so I didn't do any extra walking on my own during the day because she cannot walk far and I didn't want her to have to hang out by herself twice a day while we walked. Dh and I have started the couch to 5k and just completed week 1, day 2 last night. I am still doing my strollercize circuit training on thursdays too.

It's been hard for me too Jen, seems the days go by too fast! I need to get into my zone again. I still work out all the time but I eat like a pig. I've been making all kinds of stuff the girls asked for so I eat too... Ugh!

I had to move today's gym wo to tomorrow. I might just move Thursday to Friday for the rest of the summer.

When the girls are home it's hard for me to enjoy going to the gym too. I'm always wondering if they're being loud while I'm gone. My dh sleeps during the day. He works odd hours Fri/Sat, so I would be able to go while he's gone and not have to wonder if they're being quiet. Sundays and Tuesdays I go to the gym with him. Now I just need to figure out how to squeeze in a few wo's at home. Maybe I'll play soccer or go for a walk with the girls.

Greg and I workout in the evenings together some of the days. I would say about three or four out of the week. Not bad but I feel like it's not enough. It's hard for me to go to the gym at night now because I worry about the girls not being quiet for Lucy LOL

It's hard when you work around everyone else's schedules.

I ended up going today instead of yesterday. Yesterday it just felt good not to have to be anywhere. I took Lilly to soccer in the morning, but the rest of the day we stayed home. Today we had errands to run, so I figured I might as well get the gym done before we went.

I changed up my workouts and will do the new workouts for 3-4 weeks.

Man I'm sore today!
