I'm all ready for National Scrapbook Day - I grabbed some basic cardstock (black, white, and kraft) that I was low on again, some extra adhesive, I have plenty of photos developed, and my dh is driving Kai to her SAT so I don't have to leave the house. I'm 2 years and 3 months behind on my scrapbooks. There are about 17 layouts between me and being exactly 2 years behind in my scrapping. Tomorrow, I have 13 challenges at Scrapwhispers, 7 here at Scrapjazz, and 10 at the Big Picture Classes crop to inspire me.

My personal goal is to complete those 17 layouts and be just two years behind. I've never scrapped that many in a day, so I'm probably bananas but I'm going to make that my goal and see what happens! (With the personal rules that I have to be happy with what I'm scrapping and have fun - otherwise, what would be the point??)

Anyone else have (crazier or saner) goals for tomorrow?

My goal is to complete the 7 challenges here, make 5 Mother's day cards, and 2 birthday cards. I would be really surprised if I was able to make more then that.

JennK, that's a big goal, I hope you make it!

I have to take DD to ice hockey practice in the morning and then like a dummy I invited friends over on Sunday afternoon - which means Saturday will be spent cleaning, ugh. Oh well, maybe I can squeeze some in and pretend the house isn't a mess.

I am about 4 years behind in my scrapping - about since Grayson was born - I think I have just a small handful of pages for him, and 2 whole albums of Thomas - and NOTHING of Micah yet

my goal for tomorrow/the weekend is also just to scrap- I don't know how Micah is going to like me locking myself in my room and letting daddy take care of him
- I am joining here, and sb.com and I will look at scrapwhispers, but I don't know that I will have time to do them too.

My goal is to feel better so I can actually scrap. I am still feeling awful. I am on mid October 2009 for scrapping. I also have an additional book to do from a trip we did in August 2009. I organized all the pictures/memorabilia for that one as well so it is ready to go. It's 76 pages. Yikes! It would be great if I could complete the challenges here and at scrapwhispers. Probably not all tomorrow though with how I am feeling today and also I think FIL is stopping by in the afternoon for a bit. I have 16 pages left for October 2009 so it would be great to finish those up.

Feel better Amanda, what rotten timing. I've been sneezing all yesterday too, although I haven't today (yet). I'm still not sure whether it's hayfever kicking in, because it was windy and polleny yesterday but today it's raining.

Jenn and Jen, those are big goals. I'm such a slow scrapper, that I will be satisfied if I get my 2 planned LOs and a card done at the crop (10-4) and one other this evening. I've agreed with DH that it will be fish and chips for tea so that I can scrap, but I might be fed up by the time the American NSD fun actually starts. We'll see!

I will at least try to finishe the challenges here and some on scrapwhisper. Good for me that they start earlier!! Don't know how long I can keep Siegy happy doing things alone, but he used to be a good boy the last years

I hope that everyone is fine and ready to start! Allergies are bad here too, but I already ate my pill to make it better.

Good luck, everyone - I hope you all meet your goals! Amanda and Rosey, I hope you feel better.

I have one challenge done, but I'm not so sure about the next one. Apparently I need a picture of feet...

My goal is to do all the challenges here and make 2 mother's day cards. And go to my sons' soccer games.

I just can't scrap that fast. I'm 11 years behind the kids' albums. Once I was 9 years but had slacked off too much and fell back.
Now I have a pile I haven't gotten in the albums yet. :eyeroll: I've been doing much better this year and hopefully will keep up a good pace.

That's why I don't scrap chronologically. I would never be caught up! I like scrapping whatever inspires me...

My goal today/this weekend, is to just have fun!

My goal was to not get too caught up in the challenges. To enjoy the process and get some pages done. I like to scrap what is current, if it happened 6 months ago and I haven't scrapped it, it's unlikely that I ever will. I am always caught up...

CJ!

Not get too caught up? Ya, me too. (Says she, who was still awake at 1am trying to remember the other 7 challenges she hadn't done yet. And yes, I DID remember them all!)
