I walked during my lunch today and already made a date to walk with my neighbor tomorrow after school. I tried to do intervals at lunch but running in jeans on a warm day is not comfortable!!

I am going to start changing my clothes. I asked if they thought it was OK as long as I was able to change back before the next period bell rang. I also was embarrassed to be in workout clothes in front of the kids or administration. I know I shouldn't but I am. It is my time so I can do what I want as long as I am ready to go after my lunch period ends.

I did change my shirt, shoes and socks this time. I should have done the bra and jeans too.

I felt so good when I was walking I didn't want to come back!!

That's great that you enjoyed it. I think exercising is a great stress reliever.

I went to the gym. Back, biceps, abs, and cardio.

Awesome that you are having fun with it Nora, don't be embarrassed!

I kicked up a notch. In addition to the gym I have been power walking and running. Greg bought new bikes for us for my anniversary and we've been biking also. I lost an additional four pounds. And don't feel the need to lose more but I want to get stronger and bulk up muscle. I have a trainer at the gym that is just what I need to get to the next level.

Also, I am excited to share that I am totally ready for the Girls on the run 5k with Bianca May 19th. Greg thinks I'm a bit aggressive LOL

We have been so busy, that I have let my training totally slide. I was able to get in 5 miles yesterday, but hoo boy was it slow!!

But I was looking at the calendar and realized my next race is only 12 weeks away! My goal of running the whole half marathon with no walking is looking kinda iffy. But, I will try harder to get in my training and just do my best!

My dh and I took last week off. He had a good reason. I just didn't feel like going to the gym. I'm still really not in the mindset to go, but it does make me feel better.

Monday- walked 6 hours (zoo and museum.) My legs are still sore. I think I need to trash my shoes.

Tuesday-back, biceps, abs, cardio

Wednesday- yoga

Thursday- legs, shoulders, abs, cardio

Zoos always make me want to throw out my shoes no matter what shoes I have on!

Yesterday I started C25K although I didn't run as much as it asked, didn't think I would have enough energy to walk the second dog if I did. So glad I didn't because we had a sub teacher in our strollercize class today and she worked us three times harder than our usual teacher. She said our legs would be a bit sore tomorrow and then really sore Saturday. Mine have already turned to jelly!
