and my ears are perfect. They are not the cause of my dizziness. I am so frustrated.

He is thinking I am having vestigial migraines. I am to keep a food diary and write down everything I eat to see if I can find a trigger. Foods such as caffeine, red wine, chocolate (I eat this every day), cheese and a whole lot more can cause them. I didn't want to go the drug route as of yet because one of the meds I am already on it can interact with.

Anyway, I got a whole lot of nothing. I am now adding night sweats onto my list of symptoms too. My hormones were supposedly fine when I had the test a month ago so it isn't menopause yet.

I hate not getting answers, even if they were ones I didn't want. I just want to know something DEFINITIVE!!!

It sure does sound hormonal.

Since my 'viral vertigo' diagnosis I've had a few dizzy spells. I notice it more after sugary treats. My blood sugar levels tested within normal range though.

I would try cutting back on chocolate and soda first.

Well that's reassuring and also frustrating.

It couldn't be side effects from the medication you're already on, could it?

Jen-I eat chocolate every day but I rarely drink soda so soda won't be a problem to give up. Chocolate on the other hand...that will be a HUGE issue.

Rosey-I have thought of that. I have been looking online and I really think this all might be hormonal. I have an appointment with the Gyno this month and I am going to have a long talk with her about it.
