I just used scissors. I have an unused chipboard album in that shape I used behind the photo on my layout and just traced it and cut it out. Same with the squares on my card. Nora sent me the chevron frame.

Gramma-LOVE your double layout with all the circles!! Your card rocks too!! I love how you color blocked it and made the owl the centerpiece.

Jennifer-I really like how you made the chevrons with the white space. I am going to have to file that trick away. I don't think your card is over embellished. It came out adorable!!

Jen-Adorable!! I like how you cut the papers! I also love what you did with that chevron frame on the card. So cute!!

Virginia-you could have punched out your paper if you wanted. I just wanted you to use what I gave you.

I am LOVING all these projects. It is so fun to see!!

Nice! It's really neat seeing the same papers and embellishments used differently. (Great idea Nora!) I like your punches, and the monkey stamp is so cute.

Finally made time to scrap and can't remember the rules... I'm thinking 1 LO and 1 card, only cardstock, alphs, stamps, and photos added? Is that right?

Nora, in answer to your question, no it wasn't too hard - I LOVED using all the goodies, and did you know you picked all my favourite colours? I've decided I need to make some random shapes and colours like those, to use on my crops. It was just a joy to combine everything and have it all go together.

The only thing I struggled with was the alphabet stickers. I haven't got many of those since I got my alpha dies, and I wasn't sure whether they counted.

The stitching is a Basic Grey stamp.

I have loads left for my card - I'll do that after the NSD pressure has subsided!

You could have used your dies for the alphabet Rosey!! I have a TON of alphabet stickers so I just figured everyone had those. Next time I will be more specific!!

I promised myself Nora's Challenge first...so when I got started today first came this LO

And next came this card:

Then I went and looked at the challenges and started on the triangles... with all the Nora package bits sitting in front of my work space... then I realized the entire LO was still Nora Package stuff.

Nora package bits made it onto almost every LO I did today

LOL I still have a load left too, and I'm going to use everything up. Those are fabby, CJ! Love the cute little stamp and how you cut the flower in half.

Amanda - you look so much like my cousin in that photo that I jumped!

LOL, we had a visitor, but Megan gave him the royal order of the mop. I must have clicked reply instead of report on that one - oops. I got it right on the others.

All of these layouts and cards are wonderful! I should be working on mine soon. It's been kind of crazy around here, with school play and Confirmation rehearsals. I'm also writing a textbook and curriculum for a class I'm developing. Busy, busy, busy! But I have been scrapbooking & stamping regularly. That's my therapy!

Sorry girls.....had to make a rush trip back up to mums. The parcel arrived the day I left, so have not looked at it yet. Fly home again tomorrow so hope to look at it in next few days.

Lovely stuff so far.
