I made some to the directions on the box just like I always do. This time it turned out really murky. I mean really. You can't see through it at all. Any idea why?

Did you brew it, or was it one of the cold ice tea bags? If you brewed it maybe you chilled it to quickly? It's suppose to be room temperature before you chill it.

Oh, well maybe that's it. I poured the hot brewed tea over ice and then added cold water. Had no idea. I don't remember my mom or grandma ever cooling it first. I wonder what the difference is.
