I needed something to put my stamps in because I've outgrown the box I had them in. So I found the designer 'scrap storage' box - which is similar to shoebox size. Maybe a little bigger. They also have a smaller square one and a larger size but I'm not sure if that was squarish or a bit rectangular. There were a few patterns/color selections. Each box had a different pattern in teh color palette. I don't know what the other 2 looked like with this leaf pattern for the medium one because I didn't see any. These are 50% off so mine was $3.49.
Before I found the box and wanting to not leave empty handed but couldn't get myself to buy the little pads I wanted. I decided to get the MS corner punch with my J's coupon. I have 2 EK thumbie ones but the corners are smaller. This is a large corner.
And my DOTD - my 6 x 6 paper block for 99c. I saw these on the shelf (a year round type stack) but it was damaged. Missing the top but also several sheets in the back are damaged. I was thinking it was a manufacturer hiccup but I realized later it was probably some idiot with a box cutter opening a box. Anyway, I asked if they had more and the lady said no because they had just pulled the product down yesterday so there's none in the boxes. Bummer. Not buying a damaged one for just half off. So I was in the checkout line and my eyes went over the 75% off damaged rack. And.... I told her about the paper and how there wasn't anymore and could I get it for the damaged price. SCORE! The regular price is $3.99.
Friends aren't people you particularly like for any special reason. You just like people because they're your friends.
