I am so pleased this site is full of nice people.
I have been reading the green site a little lately, and really cannot believe the nasty pieces if work that are on there.
Wow....it just blows me away. A thread I read where they just absolutely belittled a newbie to the max.
I could not believe how horrible they were to her. ....and the majority thought it was funny!
Heaven help any business who has to deal with any of these pschycho women......as they will run you into the ground.
So thanks SJ......normal people going about their daily lives with no beetchiness.....very refreshing

I know! I go over there for a little drama and entertainment sometimes. I sit there shaking my head and thanking my lucky stars.
Many of the threads have responses which are intelligent, well-educated and articulate - and I learn a lot about American politics or history or medical issues. And then you get the crazy ones where they turn into pack animals and rip each other to pieces. Madness I tell you.

There are many nice people, too. That site is MUCH bigger than SJ and the more people you have, the crazier it can get.
Friends aren't people you particularly like for any special reason. You just like people because they're your friends.

I just tend to go to the scrap forum......to keep up to date with what's around, and get ideas.
I just though the treatment they gave this new person was not very nice.

The Digi circle has this thing called a "smack blog" that place is pure undiluted awful. Everybody posts anonymous and they say awful horrible things about designers and pretty much anyone who is active in Digi. I didn't know about it until about a year ago when a "friend" told me I was being raked over the coals.

As far as new people go... they get people who sign up just for the purpose of having a fit or they are already members who sign up with a new ID so they don't post under their regular one. Some of the posts you see by newbies are the same old song and dance.

Kimberly, for what its worth, your work is drop dead beautiful and inspiring! If someone is raking you over the coals in some forum, it is simply because they are jealous, period! I spend a lot of my free time browsing the digi scrap stores and general forums all over the web and your pieces are right up there with the very best and I am not justt saying that. I have a handful of favorites and you are in that teeny handful. You have an impeccable eye when it comes to pulling a page together.

You are so so sweet to say that, thank you! If they would have simply been talking about my art I wouldn't have thought much about it. They went more the route of "nobody wants to see pictures of her ugly little ******** kid" "She's so fake because she's always nice to people, I bet she's a total ***** in real life" "It makes me sick that she works with so many good Designers" etc etc. I went a few times and tortured myself then thought eh, I'm better off not knowing.
