Anybody else making pancakes? What kind are you making?
I'm doing a big pile of plain pancakes and just putting out fillings to choose from. So far I'm thinking of:
- grated cheese and black pepper
- lemon juice of course
- raisins and cinnamon
- apricot jam ('cos I have a jar open)
No pancakes here, but aren't you missing the molasses syrup?
Chicken enchiladas on the menu for tonight. Since I'm married to the most anit-religious person alive (exagerating a tiny bit), it's hard to even follow the traditional meatless Ash Wed and meatless Friday's during lent. Since he cooks, I can't complain too much.
