No Monday thread yet and it is already noon here! I just finished some cleaning. I did the bathrooms, swept floors, sheets are in the dryer now, emptied garbages, and dusted. Oh and emptied recycling. Now just eating some leftover homemade pizza from last night. I may scrap a bit until Ben wakes up from his nap. This afternoon I have to go get the place that repaired my vehicle to check the liftgate, it is not opening and closing properly since I got it back.

I just got home from the gym, and ate a bite. After I check my emails I'm going to put the dishes away and change my bed. Abby should be home by then. When she gets home I'll get her snack and have her do her reading. We're going out for dinner tonight. After dinner Lilly has a meeting with her school counselor to pick out her high school classes for next year.

I have been doing laundry, I vacuumed, dusted and cleaned the downstairs bathroom. I baked lemon-bluberry bread and am now sitting down to make a sympathy card. My friend's grandfather died last week and I need to get it out.

I am sicker than a dog again and can hardly move. Been on the couch and in bed all day. I have so much to do but I'm so weak and feverish. I need my mom! LOL

I survived the road trip. They're a MESS! We got snow, then it started changing over. Son's lectured on Monday is short and he didn't need to stay for lab help (yay!) and so I killed an hour at JoAnn's and got a few things on clearance. They FINALLY have the magazines not on sale - only now there's not one I want to use a coupon on. 
Earlier I shoveled the roof - got most of it and then just couldn't go on anymore. Came in and took a shower. Oh my aching body.
Friends aren't people you particularly like for any special reason. You just like people because they're your friends.

I was almost going to get myself some Peking ravioli from the Chinese restaurant but wasn't going to deal with their parking lot with the mess on the pavement.
Friends aren't people you particularly like for any special reason. You just like people because they're your friends.

Oh sorry peeps, I should have started the thread but I did some washing, fed the squirrels, the birds and the crickets, then I was ironing, then I called a friend and the afternoon vanished.
 Vivi - I'm sorry you're poorly again. You've been hit badly this winter haven't you?
Nora - lemon-blueberry bread? Wow I've never heard of that before. It sounds amazing!
We found an organic food delivery service over the weekend and put in a gourmet order to treat ourselves. It arrived this morning.  How good is that?
So for dinner we just had pigeon in red wine gravy, with mashed sweet potato and whole-grain mustard, and wilted spinach. Oh my. Mmmmmmmmmm. Tomorrow I'm doing pancakes, then Wednesday I'm doing a monkfish and smoked salmon pie with celeriac topping. I can't wait!

Rosey, I feel like it never left me alone. the runny nose kept up but I was feeling OK. Then last night I hit a wall and got all sicky. I'm sure it will be OK in couple of days.

i've puttered and so had dh, he stayed home sick today. I am not feeling the best either, my sinuses still hurts and these headaches/forehead pains are no fun, finally gave in and made myself an appointment. I see my family doctor on thursday.
Got supper all ready for the bbq, cannot wait. grilled veggies (carrots, potatoes, turnips, peas, and onions) plus squash and going to have steak!
going to keep puttering but I'm feeling really tired, I just did not sleep well last night.
Mom to 1 precious boy! He loves hockey.
