February is my birthday month. For this month I want you to create a birthday card. The catch? You must decorate the inside, the outside AND and envelope. You may use stamps, stickers, die cuts-whatever. Get creative and HAVE FUN!!

***When your layout is completed please upload it to the Scrapjazz gallery with "February 2013 Card Challenge" in the title and link it to this thread. If you page is uploaded and linked by 2/28/13, you will be entered into a random drawing for a $25 coupon for Scrapjazz.com.

Pretty Virginia! I love that ruffled ribbon - one day I'm going to get out my sewing machine and have a go at that, but I've frightened of dulling the needle by using it on paper. It looks fantastic though.
