so the little guy was feeling better yesterday and even managed to keep food down, so we took him to hockey practice and he did great. he had a blast.
we got home and he was eating a banana and ate about 1/4 of the banana and said my belly hurts, so he stopped eating. we got him ready for bed and 2 hours later he threw up, got him changed, gave him some gravol and an hour later he threw that up. we opted to miss the hockey game.
he woke up this morning chatting and giggling and said i feel better (that's a good sign). then asked about hockey and when we told him the first game was over and we stayed home because he was sick he was so disappointed. He was supposed to be the goalie first game, another great joy that he loves. He's eaten toast and we said we'll see how he feels later. not sure if we'll make it to the 2nd game or not but we'd kind of like to because the 3rd game tomorrow may be cancelled due to a snowstorm.
hopefully just hopefully he is on the mend. I was also sick last night but am feeling much better, just tired. here's hoping hubby doesn't get it.
Mom to 1 precious boy! He loves hockey.
