Yesterday Mia had a little friend over who goes to school with her and also lives half a block away from us. The mom and dad have never gotten to know anyone in the neighborhood though and keep to themselves. I was a little worried. Then the two little one played together outside when the weather was nice and Mia even went to their house a couple of times. Yesterday was the first time for the little girl at our house. Can I just tell you what a joy she is? I love her! She is polite and sweet and has the cutest little voice. The mom seems to be very nice but shy. I hope they stay close friends because they live so close and they can be together in the Summer. They hang out a lot at school.
We've had other friends over who were quite bratty and complain a lot. Not this one, she is content just playing and isn't bothered by Lucia. We had that issue with other girls before. Lucy is not one to get in the middle but does like to watch them sometimes. Whatever, if they don't like that tough...
Anyway, I was so happy with this one!!! Mia likes her a lot too.

I am happy to say I have one of those kids. 
Friends aren't people you particularly like for any special reason. You just like people because they're your friends.

Lol I told Mia she better be one of those kids too! She is actually very polite a sweet so I'm not worried but you wouldn't believe some kids' behavior! I was stunned at how bold some of them are. There is one girl that sees me and automatically asks for food and drinks! LOL

It is nice when they find someone in the neighborhood that they get along with.
Lilly and Camy have friends with younger siblings, so they are super sweet toward Abby.

This one little girl that has also come over has a younger sister but treats her horribly. That's the one that said a lot of mean things to Lucia. To the point of me having to tell her to stop or I would have to take her home immediately.

I feel bad for her little sister. That's to bad. I always tell my girls, "friends will come and go, but you're sisters will always be there for you. Be good to each other."
