You know that bit in Nora's thread about having to be careful with money? Well DH has finally decided after about a year of faffing around that his mobile phone needs replacing.
It is infuriating. It is an old Blackberry, and the touch screen randomly stops working, meaning a battery-out/in job. This is now happening several times a day. Sometimes it doesn't cut calls off which is costly. Often calls go straight to answerphone even though it is sitting there on the desk with full signal not having rung once. Often he can't even answer a call, meaning that he has to take the battery out then call back - more cost. He gets so furious and stressed out with it.
How far would you let a poorly-sick cell phone go before you sent it to the great service provider in the sky?
Rosey, he sounds like something my DH would do! He would rather waste his time pulling the battery instead of getting a new phone. Right now, he's putting up with his bluetooth disconnecting all the time. He has more than one, so he goes back and forth because some have more noise reduction than others.
