I had a GREAT weekend for food. (Having bad ovulation pain helped the lack of appetite - seriously, I was wondering whether it was appendicitis at one point. ) I made a venison stew with celeriac, kohlrabi, sweet potatoes and celery, and we had it with quinoa yesterday and rice today. Sushi yesterday lunchtime, flax bread with grilled cheese for lunch today. Tomorrow morning is my weekly weigh-in and I'm actually looking forward to it.

Nora, it's how you feel that counts, and vacations are never going to be good times for diets. But now you're back and rested you'll be stronger for it, right?

I weighed myself this morning and was up 2lbs. I kind of expected it because it was really cold all week and I didn't get many walks in. And I didn't eat the greatest on Friday or Saturday. But today I walked for just over an hour and also did some work with the snow in the backyard so that was good! Back on track!

I don't believe it! After getting all excited about my weigh-in this morning, I went and forgot all about it till after breakfast!

So I weigh 2lbs less than starting weight, minus the weight of a big mug of green tea, 2 boiled eggs and a slice of flax bread with Marmite. I was hungry.

Zcut wo #3 today.

10 squat jump up and over w/plank pushups
10 donkey kicks
10 crab toe touches
10 ab splitters (up, center, knees up)

Do as many times through as you can do in 10 minutes.

Jen you make me feel tired reading all that! Are you feeling the burn?

Well I weighed in a day late and am 4lbs down on starting weight. I want to be more than that this week but I'm comfort eating in DH's absence. I've got to stop that....

You know it's tough when the fit lady on the DVD is winded while doing the wo. I had to modify the crab toe touches a bit during the 3rd round because my arms were giving out. I was sweating for an hour after my wo too. I'm feeling the ab splitters, but I love it.

well, I let the whole month of feb slide by. I did reach my goal of not eating any candy, but I never got around to the exercising.
I have started now (now that we're starting March) - same goal as before - only this time I WILL do it.
__ I am an emotional eater too - lately I have been so tired (baby adjusting to being in new crib, in room with brother instead of our room), and stressed out about a million things - but I realized life is never going to calm down, so I had just better get to it, and deal, with exercise instead of eating.
