No large clear photo corners at Michaels so that was a bummer. But, I had a lucky find in the clearance stuff!
All the red ticketed items (not the clearance sticker but an actual solid red sticker about the same size) are an extra 70% off and I found a Cuttlebug quilled rose/carnation kit marked for $9.99. So I figured, for a few bucks, what the heck. It didn't scan in at the extra clearance price so she had to fix it. I don't know what she did but I got it for $1.85.
They also had the spellbinders postage stamp dies marked down to $9.99 (no red sticker) so I picked those up, too. I wasn't sure at first and almost wasn't going to get them, then thought (again) what the heck.  Didn't know what I'd want a postage style die for and then I thought - hmmm... would work on travel/vacation pages.

They also had the grand caliber scalloped circles and scalloped ovals down to $14.99 (except there were no ovals at the store, just circles). However, I have a cuttlebug and they don't fit.
I really don't need ones that big anyway. At that size, I might as well just use the cricut.

Well that's amazing!
I got a postage stamp punch in one of my first ever scrapping purchases. It was in a pack of 3, reduced, and the others were a corner punch and a square. I got it for the corner punch and the square but I actually use the postage stamp and the square the most. Who'd have thought it?

I actually already have postage edged dies - they're cuttlebug ones. But that's smaller than most of these and probably a slightly different size than the one closest to it.

Oh yes! I have that too. It came with the Cuttlebug I think, with the little stamp embossing folders. I hardly ever use those though, except the pram one for baby cards. That's pretty much the only baby item I possess.
The new Cuttlebugs don't come with any freebies to get you started, do they? I think that's a shame.

It does come with one 5 x 7 folder.

I was surprised to find the cuttlebug thing. I don't do much with 3d flowers really even though they're fun to make, because it'd be expensive to mail cards with them - unless they were going in a package anyway. But I figured, wth for that price and especially since it comes with a quilling tool that I can play with for quilling strips (I have yet to try - will have to make something for the fair this year. ). I could always use them unrolled as borders. And the leaves, well, as leaves.

I got me a Cuttlelbug last year, and you're right, it did not come with the C Plate. I had to buy that separately. I know I got at least 1 embossing folder, but maybe 2?? I would have to look to make sure.
The only thing I have used my Cuttlebug for is embossing. The dies I've gotten I can use in my QK Revolution, as long as I just use the ones that aren't more than 4 inches wide.
