This year is March 16. I am getting excited. However, donations have been slow going. Usually by now, I have a huge pile of them...not so much this year.

Are you organizing/leading the event?
Are you scrapping layouts or cards or - - - ?
Are you prepareing layout "kits" and if so how many?
Do you need door prizes?
