I've got a box full of cards - mostly Christmas. I don't think I can keep saving them all. (and I used to not so these aren't even going back 10 years).
I think at some point I'm going to have to weed them out. Putting them in an album isn't a choice - they'd take up less space in a box.

Same here. I have bags full from before we moved abroad. While we were away we had no space to accumulate so I converted them into tags and new cards. I have a lot of work to do to convert the old ones.

Nah, that's too much work and I'd probably never pull it out. That's why I don't save all my digital pics. If I don't intend to scrap them, I delete them.

I sometimes make the fronts of them into gift tags and occassionally cut out the printed message to use on my own cards. This year I think if there are any good personal handwritten notes I will cut them out and scrap them all on a page or two like I did with our engagement cards. Then pitch everything else.

Oh, that's a nice idea Kimberly!
Will have to keep this in mind (though I don't think there are much, if any, of these.)
•We can not accept Hallmark, Disney or American Greeting cards
I've thought about tags and such but really, that's just more stuff for me to save somewhere.
It'll make me sad to let some go but I think I have to. I used to not be the kind of person who saved everything.

I used to save everything "just in case". But when we lived abroad, away from all our stored stuff, it felt so liberating. It was much, much easier to get rid of it when we got back than it had been before we left. That's still ongoing of course.

Moving around so much growing up and having spent several years of my childhood with almost no space for things, I was probably used to it and not being so attached to stuff. Now it's either attachment or 'this could be used for something'.
