I do not normally have issues with my period but this month I am in agony. Any tips for relieving cramps?

There is an acupuncture point in the shin, halfway down, on the interosseous membrane, that you can push on with your finger. Not sure if that descriptor is helpful for you!

Chocolate, coke, asprin. Asprin and Caffeine are the main ingredients in Midol - those are the things that help to alleviate the pain and muscle contractions. a good heating pad will also help. The chocolate is for comfort =D
