How many bedrooms is there? I imagine at least 3? Are you going to do one up as a nursery for grands? 
Friends aren't people you particularly like for any special reason. You just like people because they're your friends.

yup - there are three bedrooms upstairs. One is a functioning guest room (some of Jeremiah's stuff temporarily in there) and the other is still Mark's son (Casey's). He is 21 as well & only comes home from school on rare occasion & when he does, splits his time between here, his moms, or at friends (mostly w/friends) LOL
Casey's room still has a moto-cross border along the top  and I would dearly love to get my hands on that room to make it more neutral. Nah, I won't do anything like a nursery, but we do have a pack'n play already in there for the little ones.
Our room is next on the list though! And then remodeling the upstairs bathroom (soon please..... soon!) LOL

I thought you had more bedrooms that that. Or maybe you have more reception rooms. It looked big from the photos.

It's like an old farmhouse - but is in town 
Main floor has an entry hall, dining room bathroom, scrap room, kitchen & the large pool table/tv room.....
Upstairs has another full bath and three bedrooms. Laundry is in the basement; though we are considering moving that, when we redo the upstairs bathroom.
