Have you seen it? What do you think? It debuted on the HSN with some rather gorgeous embossing folders. I was just curious what everyone thought?

I hadn't. But I just looked it up and it's GOLD! I love that!
I saw some embossing folders on Lifestyle Crafts this morning which I just drooled over. Can't get them here yet though.

Bought it! My first embosser. Loyal Anna Griffin, Hsn, customer.
p.s. the product has an auto ship deal but already sold out!

Found it:

It does look like it comes with a lot of folders & such. I have a Big Shot now but I used to have a Cuttlebug and liked it a lot.

I have a cuttlebug now and have kept it as I discovered that the bigshots often tear through the crease lines in their dies - my friends with bigshots come and borrow my bug when they use their crease dies.
I have not really been a big fan of the green of the bug, I really like the Gold and White.

I LOVE my Cuttlebug. I like green, and I don't really care what colours my tools are. I have an orange Cropadile, a pink ATG, a purple Cutterpede and a green Cuttlebug. That's just how they came, but it doesn't worry me. If I had to pick a colour scheme I think I would have everything blue, white or purple to match my room.

It is, a bit! But then all my creations on display are different colours; the altered items, the decorated drawers, the boxes, the cards. You can't have everything matching and I wouldn't want it. That would be boring, don't you think?

The craft room must not be matching, matching is against the creative process lol.

That is cool!! I have a Big Shot and had a Cuttlebug but gave it to my sister. I have never had a problem with tearing through creases. Maybe I don't get what is really happening?

I have had my Big Shot tear. Well, not tear, more that it cuts on the lines it's supposed to only score. I have one of those flip-it dies and it tends to cut out the score lines.

yep when Jennifer said! for whatever odd reason the score lines won't tear in the cuttlebug lol so I've kept it.

I have a BIgShot and a Cuttlebug and I have the appropriate plates and have never torn anything in either machine. I love them both for different reasons. I loved the Anna G. Cuttlebug, but will not buy it since my other Cuttlebug works just fine.
