Their party isn't til after church tonight. I highly doubt anyone from there would see a post here - but would hate for it to get on her FB page by accident, before they wanted word out.

Are they doing anything fun to reveal the news Steph? Friends of ours had the technician write it on a paper and put it in a sealed envelope and then took the envelope to a baker who made a cake with pink icing inside. They cut the cake at the party and then they actually found out at the same time as their guests.

Yep, I've heard of that one. Or balloons being let out of a box.
They are going to have a white board aith a vote / tally. And do an old wives tale (prediction) game. Then will go in the kitchen, fill their hands with confetti.... go out and yell "it's a _____!" as they thow it in the air.

FYI.... Brittany had her heart set on a girl! LOL
When I went down last week, I told her "maybe it should be a boy? Jav never gets what he wants."
And I think that got her thinking! So Mallory (her bff) and Jav, Britt and I went for the sonogram and the tech was so thorough! She measured ever arm, leg, stomach, head, etc.... And then she said "ok.... let's see if we can get a look between the legs" and it was like  and all at once we shouted "it's a boy!" 
She is / we are thrilled!

Oh Grandma! A little boy (like you really care what the sex is, - it is a grandchild)! LOL
