My uncle had alzheimers and grabbed the keys to the car and ran away. they havent been able to find him he's been gone for almost 4 hours. please pray he is safe and located quickly.

sending prayers they find him safe and sound. Both my grandpa and DH's grandpa did similar things. It's definitely scary.

They have it running on the radio, but the tv stations won't run it until he's been gone for 24 hours.

I hope this doesn't sound insensitive, but was his gas tank full?
My dh found an elderly woman a few years ago just setting in her car on the railroad tracks. She had alzheimers. Her family was searching for her, but she lived 2 hours away. She just ran out of gas.

UPDATE**** They found him. He was at the Illinois Wisconsin State line. He lives 4 hours south of Chicago. He is ok! Thank you all for the prayers and good thoughts!!!!!
