That snuck up on me! 
Lillianne brought home her report card and there was a little note on it about 8th graders getting registered on January 31st. It's hard to believe she'll be in HS in the fall.
My dh is excited about taking a tour of the new high school. He went to school in this district, but the middle school now was his high school. The intermediate school was his middle school.

Oh my! I guess we will be doing that for Zach soon, too! He is also in 8th. It happens so fast!

Yes they do.
Stephanie, do your kids bring home a laptop? It sounds like all of the high school students in our district are required to. It should be interesting to hear what that's all about. Lillianne mentioned a $500 rental fee.

At our high school, no they don't. Zach & Isaac have ipads at the school they go to. Their program was started by Bill & Melinda Gates, it has a lot of grants and we didn't have to pay for the ipads. If they break them we do have to pay a 50.00 deductable.
