pork chop special.

the recipe says to brown the pork chops in a skillet but I never do I just throw them in a casserole dish with the sauce.

Here it is for 4 pork chops (you can half the recipe or leave it as is and use some of the sauce on your mashed potatoes)

1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon soya sauce
t tablespood brown sugar
1 diced/cup up onion

mix together and pour on pork chips. Cover and simmer for 1-1/2 hours on low (on the stove top) or cook in the oven at 300F

I also love my pork chops with lots of steak spice, so we'll bbq them up or the other night we used the george foreman grill and grilled them up and they were oh so good!

Great! I'm going to do this! I have all the stuff already so I don't even have to go to the store! Thank you! I haven't used a tomato/BBQ kind of thing with them before. . .:-)

LOL. Loved them. . . . Will definitely make them again! And that's saying something for my family. . . They turned out so tender and a little tangy.

I have a hard time w/pork chops myself.... it's a challenge to keep them from being tough &/or dry. Gonna have to try this.

I made this tonight and we loved it. I used coconut aminos, instead of soy sauce to make it close to gluten-free. I say that because I think the ketsup may have some type of wheat in it.
