I don't use it either. I use eye shadow to line my upper lashes.

Yes, everyday, bottom lashes only, but if I'm dressing up for something special, I line the top lashes too.
ETA: I use a pencil, well, sort of. It's like the Avon Glimmersticks, but I use Maybelline.

no, no, no and no! every once in a blue moon i'll put some on the bottom and smudge it with a q-tip but hardly ever. My eyes itch when I wear it.

If we are going out and I put on makeup I do eyeliner on the bottom under my lashes. I never do my waterline anymore because it irriates me. I don't do upper lashes either.

Black or dark brown. Depends on what I ended up with. Right now it's black.
Liquid.
Top only. Sometimes just the very outer corner on the bottom.
I think eyeliner on the bottom only looks terrible. I think it also makes a person's face look more depressed.

Never. On the inside of the my eyelids it makes my eyes water. On the outside it looks terrible on me.

Eyeliners on workdays or special occaisions or whenever I need to look good! I like pencils, colour in order of preference.......dk gray, navy blue, purple, sage green spring green, brown. I try to match liner to shadow or occaision. On the outer top 2/3 lids, and outer lower 1/3 waterline. I am older and need to define more.

I can't do the waterline. I remember when young it would get in my eye. Now it just seems to not stick, too damp I guess.

occasionally I line the top, with a pencil or dark shadow. Never underneath though.... makes my eyes look small if I do.
